We reserved a room at this inn thinking that it was close to the falls but it turns out it is not walking distance from the water falls. But decided to stay after seeing the property, we could not complain, the establishment was quite a nice place to stay at. The landscaping was well maintained. Our room was clean and looked after. The staff is quite nice. Ive stayed at a few of the other brand hotels and I would recommend this Inn for a stay in niagara falls.

My boyfriend and I went there and stayed the weekend, this was our third time at A Gardens Inn, this time the service was terrible, the room was clean when we went there friday and was not cleaned at all over the weekend. I had to go to the office to request clean towels. We went out several times and they had plenty of time to clean the room but did not. Upon checking out i enquired about a discount for next time, the woman argued with me that because of the weather. It snowed while we were there and my boyfriend had to shovel the drive to park the car and when we left he had to shovel the driveway out. This is a year round hotel and you expect service like a clean room daily. We could only use the jacuzzi once the whole weekend as the power kept shutting it off. We will not be staying at this hotel again. Travelodge just down the street from them has our business. While we were trying to get out of the driveway shoveling the owner just watched.

The staff was very nice, but you have to ask for what you need for your room. Whatever you ask for they'll give you with the key and you have to carry it to the room and return it when you return the key. It's not really in Niagara Falls, It's in the next town over. But it's not far, you can follow that road and just follow the clifton hill fork and it leads you straight to the falls. Makes it vey difficult to get lost :-) Staff gives good directions to restaurants, grocery stores etc. I probably would stay somewhere cheaper next time though, because for the location (5-6 min drive)

Well we came here on our honeymoon and to tell you the truth we couldn’t be happier by picking this place. The property was one of the nicer hotels on lundys lane and is exceptionally clean. My wife especially thought the rooms decor was very cute!. We stayed in one of there Jacuzzi Suites and also for one night in a standard room. Overall if your coming to niagara falls and want a memorable stay and not a nightmare of a vacation then I would highly recommend this establishment to anybody.
