We stayed in this hotel for three days, and it was three days too long. The room we were given was over in an annex beside the outdoor pool, and it was AWFUL!! The room was old and worn, smelled musty, and we even had some little crawly roommates staying with us. The location is suberb though, as its located just a block from the falls and is very close to all the other attractions. So, if you can ensure that you don't get a room in this old annex, you might find some of the other rooms in the other areas of the hotel more acceptable.

Only hotel in area that had vacancy. Stayed one night, couldn't wait to check out. Rooms are old and need major updating, however, they were clean.

We made our reservation well in advance and got to stay in a ground floor room. Like sleeping in a garage. Staff was rude. Upon checking in the clerk could not figure out how to convert american to canadian. The food was terrible. Will never stay here again!

We requested an upper/top floor room, but were given a first floor room facing the parking lot. Housekeeping wakes you at 9:00am sharp on Saturday. Partiers from two floors up tossed at least 5 lit cigarettes onto my car. Only came here because our favourite hotel was fully booked. We will never return.Close to local attractions.
