Be prepared for line-ups for everything--check-in, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel on weekend is overcrowded and staff are unable to cope. Staff are unable to meet simple requests. Waterpark is not appropriate for kids under 3. Heaters in rooms are so loud they need to be shut off at night. Restaurant food got the entire family very sick and hotel staff were completely rude when asked for assistance. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

This was a great place for the kids. The waterpark is clean, safe and fun for the kids and adults (adults only hot tubs). The rooms were clean and comfortable. It didn't feel like a hotel. The food was good and there's so much to do it can't be done in one trip - so we will definately be going back!

The themed rooms are the icing on the cake. The whole hotel is totally family friendly. With interactive decor, and shows and activities for the kids. The waterpark steals the show. The maid service is also outstanding

The water park is hugh, lots of slides, wave pool, play areas and the water roller coaster was my kids favoriate. Had a miniture golf course, but cost and $8 to play. For the price of the room, you would think they would throw in a free round.

we loved our stay. staff was friendly and helpful. water park and arcade were great. we had 2 teenagers ages 13,14 and they loved it! the rooms were clean and spacious. fridge and microwave came in handy. even though our kids were older we enjoyed watching the smaller children during ""story time"" and cub club. those little faces were full of joy. animated animals were awesome. a very family friendly place with lots of kids. if looking for quiet adult time this might not be the place for you. i will recommend great wolf to friends and family or to anyone who just wants to have fun!
