For a budget, lower priced hotel, our room was very clean, the staff very helpful and accomodating. Within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was free @ Tony Roma's. Would definitely stay again

The sheets and towels were stained. A bug fell out of the "clean" hand towel. The carpet was worn and appeared very dirty. We had to change rooms after being locked in due to a faulty door knob and the second room was not any cleaner than the first. The room lacked any soap and the front desk was closed so we had to borrow a bar from the party staying next door. That party also stated they were very dissatisfied. I would never stay here again!

O.K. The Adrmiral Inn isn't the Hilton. However for the money and the great breakfast buffet at Tony Romas it wasn't bad. The location is great for walking to the attractions. We didn't move our car once we arrived. The hotel staff forgot to clean our room on one of the days (no big deal) I learned long ago not to have high expectations when staying at budget lodgings. So as long as you are not picky go ahead and book your stay, and enjoy the awesome Niagara Falls area.

IT was a great find. I came to stay one night but ended up staying two.Location was great in the centre of every thing at decent rates, clean rooms,4minutes walk to the falls and 2 min, to the casino.Near to breakfast and fine dining places.

The price was right. The staff was friendly. I was a little leary when our room didn't have any heat. But we were promptly switched to a different room. There were a few things that weren't quiet ready but it was remedied immediatley. It was so clean!Within close walking distance of everything. We loved it.

I was a bit apprehensive given the price and my budget constraints for the trip (08/2007). Fortunately, it turned out just right with this motel. As the location is a walking distance to all the attractions, I did not waste time or money for getting around. The room and bedding were clean and tidy, the air-conditioning worked well and the buffet breakfast at the diner across the road (with a voucher from the motel) was plenty and satiating for a good start to the day. I did not expect a 5-star hotel stay and this place is great value for money.
I also had a chance to talk to the owner who recently acquired this motel. He told me about his plans to improve the place even more. I hope so - as I would stay at the same place next time around.

Not Recommended. We Stayed at this hotel for one night as I was running in the Niagra 1/2 Marathon. The room was very dirty with cobwebs in the corners/windows and mold/mildew around the bathtub area. The toilet had also not been cleaned properly. Also was very noisy as there were lots of party people staying there, we didn't sleep a wink

Our room was family suite, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed in 2 rooms connected together. When we checked in, there was a pile of garbage in front our room. We stepped inside, the floor wasn't vacuumed in months, shower was mouldy and dirty, it had terrible smell. We won't come back again

we enjoyed that the location was well situated and easily accessed sites by foot. the room could be cleaner and linens updated, the room was livable.

The general condition of the establishment is unkept and a bit shoddy.Sute there is a good price tag but, for a few extra $ why not be treated to a bit of luxury?

The family suite with 3 queen size beds -- one separated behind a wall -- was perfect for us. The motel was clean and the management polite and helpful. Conveniently within walking distance of everything at the falls. Excellent Italian restaurant, the Casa Vostra, just opened across the street. They'll do side orders of any entree for the kids at half the price. The 4 Brothers has a great breakfast deal

The price was right, but there were lots of problems. Our door key never worked, many live bugs in the room, including a larger spider on the bed! Used gum wad on the bathroom floor, hair on the shower wall, the remote control didn't work, the alarm clock didn't work, the bed pillows stained badly, dark brown spots on a towel. We had to get an attendant every time we wanted back into our room since our key was totally useless. We aren't coming back.
