The hotel is one of the best part of our vacation. Magnificent view of the falls. Friendly staff.Very good location & easy access to most of the activities including 10 minutes walk to see the NY Niagara side. Our room was truly a treat! Jacuzzi not working the whole time and needs cleaning. The water was dirty.

Wow, what a tiny room. My daughter and I shared the room. Had to go cheap, so didn't pay the $30 more for a view, so we had the closet across the hall (seemed like a closet). Ceiling light in bathroom leaked (water). Not worth the price. Took 3 elevators to get to room. Pool area was not as nice as picture. (cold water too) Had to pay for parking, and wireless internet. Was in a nice location though.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms are dated but comfortable. The view from the Brock Hotel is actually of the American Falls but you can see the Canadian Falls down the road. The Waterpark was worth the value.

My wife and I had a dreat time in Niagra the service at the hotel was great! the only drawback was the size of the rooms.

What a charming, elegant hotel! We loved our recent stay at the hotel! It's within walking distance of everything and definately loved the Starbucks downstairs! The food in the dining room was good but rather expensive. The view is fabulous though! Although our visit was in October, it was still hot in our room on the 8th floor and the a/c didn't seem to be working so we had to leave the window open all the time. I would definately stay at the Brock again though. The staff was very nice and I was very pleased with my stay there

Hotel was overall nice. Elevators were kinda slow. Location was very good, right next door to casino.

We arrived at the Hotel having booked two falls view rooms for our party of five and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. Our rooms were on the eleventh floor and offered fabulous views of the falls. It is a lovely old hotel with a lot of character and I would definitely stay there again as it is very comfortable and the location is excellent.

My husband and myself both loved our stay at the Brock Plaza. This was our first time in Niagara Falls. The room was very comfortable. The view was spectacular from our room, we had a nice terrace to enjoy the falls from. The service was great. We definitely will be back. Keep up the great work

Tiny room, had to climb OVER bed to get to my side of the ""Double""bed.View was of the top of buildings and parking garage.Heard horns, vehicles, and people all night,Very expensive, for a closet, never again

Hotel is older but very well taken care of. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Good location to walking to everything. Disappointed not to receive the Hershey's Gift Bag. Would stay here again.

This was a nice hotel and the location was wonderful. The resturant was excellent and the staff was polite.

The room had a spectacular view (#820) of both falls and fireworks. The bathroom was full of mildew on the tile walls and floor. It also smelled of sewage which I presume is due to the fact that it is old. The room itself was nice, the bed was great, but the room really needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Wallpaper peeling, curtains ripped, a/c very old, windows dirty. Elevators take FOREVER to get to you. For the money I would stay elsewhere out of N. Falls and save $. The area is very expensive to eat and shop.

The hall carpet smelled dirty, the bathroom was small and smelled, no extra outlets to plug in the iron, no room for a curling iron/blow dryer in bathroom. No hot shower the first day.The location was great. It's walking distance to almost all activities.

Our luxury suite with panoramic views overlooked the american and horshoe falls. Only drawback is trying to get your luggage to your room. No valets on duty to assist and parking to the front desk seems 2 blocks away! Dining room experience was terrible!. Overpriced, poor service, food lukewarm when arrived. Not what you would expect in a 3 starr hotel! Because of the high tourism tax and the excessive charges for food, it might be better to stay on the American side and visit the falls daily!

The room was very nice. I was surprised to find out we had a jacuzzi in the room. That was a very nice surprise. The garage was undergoing some repairs, but I did not get notice of that.

Room was clean and very comfortable but a bit small and poorly lit. Satellite tv didn't work half the the time, not enough outlets to plug anything in, housekeeping didn't restock soap and hallways smell. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a gorgeous view. It close to everything. Paying $10 for parking was bad but you can in/out as often as u wish. Might saty again :)

My husband and I had a great stay at the Brock Plaza. The service was very good. The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. We had a great view of the Falls! The only thing we didn't like was the walls in the hotel. It seems very thin. We can hear a lot of noise from our room. But overall, it was a very nice place to stay at

As described by others, the entrance, lobby, and registration area are beautiful. The rooms are a bit small, but we are a family of 4, so that has to be considered! It would be nice if the rooms at least had a mini refrigerator. The elevators were very slow (the wait for one arrive). The location of the hotel is convenient to everything. Hotel staff was very helpful. I would stay there again

The Staff at the Brock Plaza were awesome. Everyone was always helpful and always had a smile. The view from the restaurant must be one of the best in Niagara Falls. It was a truly memorable meal.Charging $10 a day to park is cheesy. They should just add it in to the price of the room instead of adding it on.

The view is indeed wonderful, particularly from the hotel dining room. The room was (as suggested) very small but with a nice falls' view. Maid service was sloppy - when we arrived we found that the maids had neglected to provide new bars of soap and there was a half empty bottle of shampoo. Blow dryer was damaged. Close to American Falls, Maid of the Mist and tourist attractions - hence, also crowded and trafficky

I enjoyed my stay at the Brock Plaza. The hotel is a little old, rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, I was able to get a beautiful view of the falls from my room. The casino is connected to the hotel and everything else is within walking distance. However, be prepared to wait a long time for the elevators. Parking is not free $8 a day, and the food is too expensive. If you have kids, you might enjoy the WaterPark, guests get a special rate.

For the price, the room was small and lacking an exellent AC system, and poor lighting. The bed was very comfortable, and the view was outstanding

When we got there we upgraded to a fallsview room. If you like historic hotels, you couldn't ask for a better place. It is a bit quirky, with the top floors a bit hard to get to, but we loved it

Traveling with a friend-room was small but beautiful. Air-conditioning didn't seem very good at first, but by bedtime we were quite chilled. Staff was very courteous. Close to everything-didn't need to use the car.

The staff were marvelous and helpful. The view was wonderful! The rooms were small but filled with old-world charm. I recommend it highly!

I read reviews before booking and was uncertain what to expect. The Brock is an elegant old-world hotel with. The rooms are small, European styling but how much time are you going to spend in your hotel room? I was very comfortable.

Great price for being so close to the falls! The restaurant had the BEST FOOD with the BEST VIEWS of the falls. HUGE HERSHEY's BASKET!!! I thought it would be a sample size... boy were we SURPRISED!! WELL WORTH the STAY!

We go to the Brock once a year. The Rainbow Room at the top of the Plaza is the best cuisine and fireworks are being set off over the falls everytime we are there. This is a beautiful 1920's hotel with all the class you could ask for. It is located near everything and we walk to the falls and parks to take a horse carriage ride in the park. Go during the Christmas season to see all the lights! Take the kids and go to all the attractions.
