The only reason I got that hotel was because it had a hottub, but the pool and huttub were out of service. I called the hotel and asked about transportation and was informed that they don't offer any. I asked how much cab was, and they said about $35, cab was $60. When at the hotel checking out I asked if they had an deals with cab company's, she said yes, it's $40, I said ok and she called the cab company, well they lied to me again as it was $60.

We came to Niagra Falls on a family trip. We were glad on how close the hotel was to everything, but the hotel was not impressive. The bathtubs were stained and peeling. The staff was not very friendly, accept the cleaning lady who provided us with enough towels after we called down to the front desk and asked for some more and they never came until we went down to complain. The pool was cloudy. The carpets and bedspreads were stained. Suggestions on how to improve: put money back into the hotel and close one floor at a time to renovate.

hotel is older and could use some new carpet and general remodeling. the location is great if you choose to stay on the US side. Was clean, however because it is old it has a unclean look to it. Didnt have any reason to call for service but check in was pleasant. All in all not that bad of a place. Its very easy to walk over to the Canada side from the bridge. If you're going to visit the falls I would recommend a hotel on the canada side, better view and more attraction type activities close at hand.

The hotel is within walking distance to Falls. For the price you pay it is a great value. Clean rooms! We'd stay again if in the area.

This hotel is located within walking distance of the rainbow bridge to cross over to canadian side of falls and within walking distance of American side of falls. We had a great time with the kids. Good value, good time and a great sight!

You can't beat the location - at the foot of the bridge leading to Canada, in walking distance of the American Falls. The hotel is 50 years old and shows its age - updating is needed in the public areas and the guest rooms. But the desk staff was very helpful, and it's good to have a 24 hour Denny's in the lobby. Given the location, I'd recommend the hotel.

The hotel was close to Niagara Falls, and we could see the fireworks displays and Canada from our window. The hotel could use an update in its decor, but it was clean and housekeeping was great. Movies and games on the t.v were expensive.
