With the low price you still have all you need. Free wireless internet & breakfast. Staffs were friendly. With a shuttle service to the falls it would be great but you got what you pay for... You hear everything happened in adjacent rooms, we can not sleep 2 out of 3 nights , we stayed there. The breakfast is the poorest one I ever had, they serve cookies from the store and few juices - it all. We
booked a jucuzzi suite for our one year wedding anniversary and were
excited when we arrived. The staff at the counter were friendly but right
from the get go had trouble checking us in. The staff didnt know how to
work the debit machine and so we stood and waited for 15mins before she
decided to let us go drop our things off in the room and come back and try
again. Stayed
there 2 nights. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was
clean. You can't beat the price and the Continental breakfast is also
included. The underground parking is a little tight going in and out (not
made for a full size vehicle). Overall a very good experience. We would
definitely stay there again.

My wife and I, traveling with a large church group had a jaccuzi suite and it rivals any nice hotel room we have ever stayed; ANYWHERE. The staff was helpful and friendly. So comfortable we hated to leave. The parking lot is the only issue, our bus had to park somewhere else. Very clean, nice.....Absolutely no complaints, would love to stay there again. I
am very picky when it comes to hotels, and I was very impressed by this
one. The room felt very clean, which is really important to me. I usually
feel like all hotels are dirty and gross, and I did not feel that way at
all there. We chose this hotel because it sounded good, and it was reasonably priced. When we got there we found not a 3-star hotel (as we had been expecting), but something much closer to a motel, with extremely limited parking (the 'underground garage' was an unfinished basement with barely enough room for a compact to turn around in), an unfilled outdoor pool, a clean but extremely spartan room (no alarm clock, for example), incompetent staff, a muffins-only breakfast which was crowded and noisy. We also stayed at the end of a hall which, each morning, had a bag of garbage sitting there to greet us. Ugh. WHAT a disappointment. In a town chocker-block of hotels and motels, you can definitely do better.
