my husband and I stayed there for My 40th birthday and other than the construction going on inthe street and the amount of people trying to get breakfast we had a great time we plan on returning to the falls in the summer with our children and we will definately stay at the Hampton

Great place to stay for the price! friendly staff, good breakfast, shuttle out side of building, clean, and very comfortable pillows and beds. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

The hotel is just how the photos show, clean and really comfortable beds. We stayed on the 2nd floor, where the pool is, the only problem we had with that is that the hallway was always hot and humid. The front desk people were nice and helpfull.
Here is the problem...the "FREE" shuttle is also shared with another hotel. They get first shot at the bus, we got left behind because it was full. The front desk clearly stated that they do not have any control over the shuttle. They recommended that myself, wife, seven year old, and my elderly parents take the 15 minute (actually 45 min.) 1.5 mile walk to the Falls. Not their best moment. My point is, don't rely on the free shuttle from the hotel, you can get a people mover pass for about $7.00, but the kicker to that is the people mover stops it service to the stops in front of the hotel at 9pm. If you dont mind driving and finding a parking space, then you can stay in a really nice hotel for an inexpensive cost. Just don't use the free shuttle as your deciding factor. Good luck, and enjoy your trip.

This hotel is a few minute drive from the center of Niagara Falls & very quiet. Excellent quality, nice pool, free breakfast. We've gone back 2 times & always great!!

We loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The hotel room was very clean. The beds and pillows were the best I have slept on. This hotel is very convenient t to a lot of the attractions. The complementary breakfast was O.K. for a quick bite in the morning. We actually ended up going to a diner just a short walk called Dad's diner. This was a great place for breakfast and lunch. It was not very expensive either. We had breakfast/lunch for 3 for around $20. Of course the menu was limited but everything was good. Definitely look into the Great George Adventure pass, which is well worth the money and does include on free day on the people mover bus.
The only thing we did not care for was the free shuttle service. It was OK to use to get to the attractions at Niagara Falls but was very hard to catch back to the hotel at night. This shuttle picks up for two other hotels. My advise would be to purchase a people mover pass if you plan on being back to the hotel before 9:00 p.m. which is the latest this service runs. We ended up taken a cab the one night since we were down at the attractions later and from the casino the cost was $7.50 which was not bad considering we did not have to wait a few trips to finally get the shuttle. You can easily drive to the attractions north of the Hotel and plenty of parking is available at those attractions.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again for the price and location was well worth the money. The staff was very knowlegable of the area and very helpful.

Just a quick drive down the road to the Falls. We left the car at the hotel and took the free shuttle and saved a ton on parking. This place has been recently upgraded and you can tell! The pool was nice and the rooms were top notch! You can't beat the free breakfast either.

Although initially disappointed not getting the two queen-sized beds we had reserved, everything else more than made up for that. The mattresses on the beds are so comfortable! I loved having pillows that are not that foam stuff. The room was clean. The only thing we were missing the first day was the coffee for the coffeemaker. We had plenty of towels.
The pool area was clean. The smell of the chlorine was not overwhelming.
The people at the desk were what hotel staff ought to be like: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating.
The breakfast was more than adequate for us. We liked that breakfast was available up to 10:00 weekday mornings. We ate between 8:30-9:30 and found that we didn't need to eat again until supper time.
We appreciated having the free shuttle to and from the Falls area. We don't mind walking, and so either drop off area worked fine for us. The first shuttle left at 10:00 and went out once an hour. From 5:00 until 11:40, every half hour they ran. It saved us not only gas but major parking fees.
Would we stay there again? YES

I wanted to be away from the traffic are and to be able to come and go. Free parking was a plus. Dining on the pkg was great. Breakfast was good and there was a large enough area to eat in

We stayed here on a Saturday night in the summer. The rooms and hotel were up to Hampton Inn standards which are very good. The breakfast was a disaster. There were so many people eating and the staff just wasn't keeping up with things. If they had more people helping to put food out they could have moved us through much faster. It's too far to walk to the falls and the bus only ran once an hour, so we drove. I wish the bus ran more often

The beds at this hotel were like sleeping on a cloud. My kids didnt want to get out of them!!! The free breakfast was also excellent with fresh fruit and waffles & french toast sticks!! They pretty much had everything you could want for breakfast !!! Hotel was a little distance from the falls (around a 5 minute drive) but they had a free casino shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. Pool and hot tub were excellent!! Would definately stay again and would surely recomment to anyone!!!
