We had a great experience at this hotel. We upgraded at the last minute to a Fallsview King with Jetted tub. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the room (12th floor) was clean with a beautiful view of both American and Canadian Falls. The jetted tub was wonderful after a long day exploring the falls.

Do not go in the old part of this hotel. We stayed in the old part and the room was small-we had 2 adults and 2 children. There was not privacy curtain to change, the towels were not absorbent, the air conditioner did not work well, the security was non-existent, anyone could walk into the doors without a key card. The pool was very small and the fitness room had 4 old cardio machines, nothing else. The wallpaper was torn in the very small bathroom. The bathroom counter was extremely small. The water temperature fluctuated as well as the water pressure. We left early and will never stay there again!

Great place for the price and view! Great for the value traveler, young people, and students who just wants a comfortable place to rest their head and be able to AFFORD a NICE trip to Niagara Falls Canada. I recommend staying for a long weekend here and taking 1 day to drive up to Toronto!

This is the second time I've visited Niagara Falls. For what I paid, I should have got a better room with a better view. There isn't even broadband internet access! The view wasn't worth the price. The room was old and needed renovation.

The view from the spectacular. The staff were so friendly at all times. The room was very nice and kept clean. Thank you for a great stay.

Really liked the separate sleeping area with its own tv in the Fallsview room for the kids. Gave a little privacy. Had a nice room on the 18th floor with a beautiful view of both falls. Staff was most helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

I was on a weekend get away with my girlfriend. I was placed in the wrong room with two double beds and charge $20 to get a room with a one big bed
