Nicely priced for where you are and onsite dining was good. One bad thing was the parking. Not enough spaces, and they do not check car info so anyone in area can park there forcing you to park in the garage up the street
This Hotel is slowly going down hill. I've been staying here and defending it for 4 years. No more, the jacuzzi is broken, the pool is scummy, two thin pillows for two adults, no refridgerator in the basic room or $20, a night for one, the worlds worst breakfast brunch. A ten year old can heat up french toast sticks from a box and dump out a jar of syruppy fruit into a bowl for $8 a head Hotel was in walking distance to American Niagara falls park, which was nicest feature. Hotel is booked as a suite hotel, but is not a true suite-just has a sofa bed. No extras (happy hour, continental breakfast, etc) We stayed only 1 night we were very satisfied with the room... Didn't spnd to much time at the hotel. My daughter did enjoy the pool. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant... not a lot of selection for the price you had to pay... although food was good |
This is a nice hotel. It is not a four star luxury resort. It is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There are cofee makers and refridgerators in the rooms. And if you are a coffee junkie like me there is additional coffee in the lobby. The staff try to accomodate your needs. The only complaint we had was having only two pillows per room. When the hotel is full you can't get additional pillows. And the jacuzzi by pool is broken. Closest to the falls-2min walk to casino This hotel was not as we expected. There was absolutely no parking- there were two lots that apparently are always overfull. The room was dirty, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the bathroom could have been better. For the price, it was not worth it. The hot tub didnt work. There was no lifeguard at the pool. There was not a good choice of restaurants. However, the fun zone was great. Our daughter loved it. There are other hotels around- look elsewhere. The staff was okay. American side is run down...major construction everywhere. Surrounding hotels look eqully un-inviting as this one. Our room had a window so small, it felt like we were in prison. Room clean but needs updating. Bathroom visibly worn. Would NOT stay there again, especially for what we had to pay. Go to the Canada side |
