The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. They told us about the best attractions and places to visit, it made our stay so much more enjoyable. Everything was within walking distance, even the new casino! The hotel was also very clean and quiet. Nice pool, we liked that we could swim in the big pool while our daughter could also be close by in the smaller pool.

This is a nice, clean hotel albeit a little over-priced. We had a great view of the Canadian Falls, but there is another hotel partially blocking the view of the falls, so be careful when being assigned a room. My husband and I had differing opinions on the mattress quality before I discovered it was a sleep number as we were packing to leave!

We stayed over on the very busy Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel is really spotless and smells beautiful throughout. The room overlooking the falls was perfect - and brilliant value. The valet parking was fast and efficient. We will certainly return and recommend this hotel to all.

The front desk staff was arrogant and unfriendly. You paid for parking and then you couldn't find a spot, had to use valet which I did not want to. The maid came to make up the room at 8:30 AM and when told to come back she never did.The room was nice but the family I traveled with had problems with a moldy smell which set off their daughter's allergies, they tried to clean the room with no success and didnt make sure they got a new one. I would not stay here again. The pool was very small. I expected a lot more for an expensive place.

When I reserved the room I was told there was free internet, that was untrue.Parking at hotel was 20 dollars per night which is way out of line for March. Not a vending machine on poperty was stocked.Front staff was no help with our concerns.

While are actual room was good I found the front desk staff unfriendly.I arrived at 3 and was told quite rudely that I was early and check in time was 4. I had requested an early check in but that was quickly dismissed as they were very busy. The pool was so small for the size of hotel. Having a pool is always a big factor for us given it's a great energy burner for kids but we couldn't even use the pool because it was so small and crowed. The parking was $20 per day, average for Niagara but still expensive.

Hotel is nice and very clean. Our room had king bed w/ large jacuzzi tub. Looked refurbished. Check in was friendly. Falls are not immed. access. you have to walk about 10-15 min. Avoid Tony Romas for b-fast. Good value for the money though. No free internet.

I requested what i thought was a large room with additional family room (which i paid more for) what i got was a small room with two huge jaquizzi tubs. We also paid $20 per day!!! for parking and then the lot was full. Also i ordered 2 drinks from room service and waited almost an hour for them to come. Way overpriced for nothing good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, the room was very nice as well as very clean, and the location was good. The only issue we had was with the valet parking -- which you must use -- and the fact that the hotel parking lot is very small so many of the guests cars have to be parked off site at a ""rental"" lot two blocks away. That can make it a bit difficult to retrieve something you've forgotten in your vehicle. But, other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind paying a bit more per night for a quality hotel.

There are two wings to the hotel. The relatively inexpensive wing has non smoking floors under smoking floors. When we first entered our non-smoking room it smelled of smoke. They put an air ionizer while we went out which didn't seem to help. I woke up numerous times to the smell. They moved us to the tower which is the non-smoking wing when we complained. The bed and pillows were not all the comfortable though they looked nice. The pool was very small and not a reflection of what impressed us on the internet. Parking at the hotel was $20 per day. I couldn't understand the justification for that since they have their own lot.

We decided at the last minute to go to Niagra Falls for our Wedding Anniversry and wanted an affordable view of the Falls and a motel that was in walking distance of everything. We had a great view of the falls. We also enjoyed that the room had a jacuzzi tub and a sleep number bed. We would stay at the Radison again.

Best Features: location. Staff: polite, not friendly or eager to help. Biggest gripes: Day before check-in, we called about parking; they said valet and self-park $10/day. When we checked-in, they charged us $20/day. Nobody around to help with luggage. Valet didn't want to park our car we had to park it ourselves. Our floor was designated as a non-smoking floor; it reeked of cigarettes. Poor lighting and burned-out bulbs in our room. Pool and fitness center okay. Lots of fees (park, shuttle, phone, etc); nickel and dimed to death!

Great location and friendly, helpful staff are the best features of this hotel. The rooms are O.K. but the carpets need cleaning very badly (leaves a less than faviourable impression); however, the price of the room was good value - all things considered. Walking distance to the falls

We were up- graded to a falls view suite when our soom was not ready and it was absolutely breathtaking. I would stay here again. The room was equiped with sleep number beds and luxury linens which made for a very comfortable evening. The only downfall was there is limited parking and a valet is provided, but they park your vehicle in a lot about 1/4 mile from the hotel, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

When we checked in at 5pm and went to our room the bathroom was dirty. The towels had been removed and nothing else in bathroom touched. YUCK! The desk was snooty and put out when I asked to be moved.$20.00 a day to park.Over 2 hours to eat meal at Tony Roma's because service was so slow.
