Positive Aspects:Great fallsview for the price!Great location to the falls!Valet Parking and great bellman!Negatives: Smaller rooms due to hotel shape.Very odd showers (small) due to hotel shape.No snack/vending machines.Absolutely awful continental breakfast.Overall: Couples or Singles great stay.Not for families.Excellent fallsview for the price!

This was our first trip together to Canada and we were very happy with this hotel. Friendly staff, very quiet, clean, good location and an outstanding view of the falls. We will stay here again next year

My husband and I came down for our 30th got there and had message my Mom was critical.do we stay or go back? we stayed & the staff went above & beyond for us until we left next morning as long drive. Mom died in my arms next day but they were the greatest! coming back in a few months to celebrate our 30th all over again, great job guys, highly recommended for their help & compassion

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and knowledgable about the area and helped us locate places we wanted to go. The hotel was very clean, and comfortable. I would definately stay here again.
