Our family just loved the Renaissance hotel! The staff was so cheerful and helpful. The views of Niagara Falls were just amazing!! The location of the hotel is great...just a hop skip and a jump away from the falls. That was really convenient. The kids loved the pool too! We give it 4 stars. You will too! 

This hotel is really a nice place. We decided to stay after we were offered a really great rate for the area. We were surprised at how much cheaper it was compared to the other properties. The rooms are gorgeous. The beds are so comfortable, and the furnishings all seem brand new. We all enjoyed the waterfall in the pool are too. That was a treat. We had a super view of the falls from our room, and we could walk right down there too. The hotel is so close. We loved it.

The Renaissance is a woderful hotel. Our experience was fantastic. We are a family of 5 including 2 teens, and to say everyone had a great time on the vacation is rare!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They checked us in, and boy, were we impressed with our room and view. Just beautiful!! The location is perfect-right at the falls. They also have a waterfall pool inside the hotel that we all loved. We just thought this hotel was the ebest We were 100% satisfied

This hotel is so beautiful. My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and we absolutely loved it. The lobby is so gorgeous. It looks like it should be in Manhattan. It is really cool. The people were all really nice and they helped us out in deciding what to do/see. Our room had a great view of the fallls. It was really romantic. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant a lot.

The hotel is very close to the falls, but quite 80's looking, The gym was tiny and the pool was very dated and old. Also, they wanted to charge $18 a day for parking, yet you could park in the casino, across the orad, fro free. The Niagara casino is literally joined to the hotel!

Traveling with my 13 yr old son, we were absolutely blown away with the view. The fallsviews corner room was just wonderful. Room was super clean, largest I've ever stayed in (for a one bedroom) beds were comfortable, down comforters was my sons favorite. Pool was nice, the people very friendly & helpful. Only slight drawback was breakfast was just ok. It wasn't free, just average. Still would stay here in again in a heartbeat. Have traveled the states, and out of the country many times and this was the nicest room!

This hotel is great for the whole family. There is something for people of all ages to do. My husband and I loved the restaurants and lounges, the kids adored the waterfall pool. We all loved the location. It is so close to the falls. You are literally right there. We walked right down to the falls during the afternoon and did some great sightseeing. The rates were very reasonable too. The rooms were terrific!

Had pretty good view of falls and fireworks (though fireworks partially blocked by neighboring casino). Beds were super comfy. Decor of rooms in good taste. Service desk extremely friendly and helpful. Parking fee was high at $18/day for an outdoor spot.

Stayed at this hotel for a romantic anniversary. Not really a fallsview, since other, cheaper hotels were closer to the falls. Parking was expensive considering the room cost should have been enough. The security staff was threatening to us and we could not enjoy our stay. Would definitely not stay at this facility again. Front desk service was ok. We were put on a floor that was NOT complete so we were awakened every morning with the noise of them working on other rooms, noise started at about 7 a.m. NO consideration. Anyone reading stay some where ELSE!!!

Our entire family was very pleased with this hotel. We booked 9 rooms total, and all our requests were honored. The rooms were blocked togetehr, and everyone got their preferred bed type. We all had views of the falls that were just beautiful. We received really good rates. Great value received overall. The location is perfect for a traveler. You are right at the falls, and near shopping, dining and casino. The staff was very pleasant. You can't beat it, trust me.

My stay at Renaissance Fallsview was great. The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and efficient and our room was very clean. We had free breakfast for 2 included in our package which was a bonus but unexpectedly had to pay $20+ for my child each time (while the food was good, it was very costly for a child). Niagara Falls is beautiful and my family had a wonderful time. We got a great deal on our flight/hotel package but everything else in the area is costly. Clifton Hill was a blast if you have children

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Ate in the Rooftop restaurant, and the food and service was excellant and the view of the falls was breathtaking. The room was very spacious, and luxurious. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Planning on a nice winter getaway weekend

My husband and I loved thios hotel. It was so romantic. The view of the falls from our room was incredible. I will never forget what that looks like. We enjoyed just staring out the window! The staff was terrific. Very helpful. The location is the best. It is right near the falls, so you can pretty much walk to any destination. It was great!
