This hotel was well worth the money. It was only about 10 minutes walking distance from the falls. We would stay here again.

A few of my friends and I stayed for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. This hotel is close to everything that we wanted to do and the staff was amazing! We actually had such a great time that we're planning on making this an annual trip!!

I found this hotel online and was very happy with it. We got the suite with king bed fireplace and hot tub. The room was spacios and best of all clean. I would definetly recommend again. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and was quite disappointed. It was cheap and the food was not that great. But overall our stay was wonderful and we would go back.

This hotel is within walking distance to horse shoe and American falls. It was very clean, in a good neighborhood. Zappi's Pizza in front was a quick and inexpensive meal. This hotel is a bargain for the location. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool is outside, but nice. I was wanting to look at our pictures from my digital camera on the tv but the TV did not have the required outlets. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Close to Niagara Falls, clean, wireless internet access, GREAT staff, and best price I could find on a hotel downtown. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the rooms were clean and covered the basics. The location was within walking distance of the falls and easy to get to the other attractions. The only downside was the television reception was poor so it was hard to find a channel to get the weather/local news. We'd visit again though.

This was a very nice, clean motel with reasonable rates. It is on the edge of the commercial area and is a 15-20 minute walk down to the falls. It was a good bargain in an expensive commercial area

Hotel is a short walk to the incline and the horseshoe falls. Staff was great! Room had an odd smell, but was pretty clean for the money. If you are looking for a reasonable rate, and close to the falls, it's a good choice. Next time, I may spend a little more for a nicer hotel. If you just want a clean room to sleep in and is close to the falls, it's a good choice.

I could not have been more pleased with this hotel. I have traveled on business for 22 years and this place was a GEM as well as a bargain. Its location was great the staff was simply wonderful.

While the location was great for walking, the rooms were o.k. A place to rest your head. The last night there was terrible. Loud and drunk kids kept us awake all night with a twelve hour trip home! Be careful when booking

This hotel is great for the budget-minded traveler. It was clean, quiet & comfortable if not quite as flashy & glitzy as some of the more expensive properties in town. The great location & free parking allowed us to enjoy more of what the Falls area has to offer. TV channels were limited and reception was spotty...but who needs TV, anyway? Nice facility, low room rates, great staff, great location...what's not to love? We would have no problem staying here again & would recommend it to others without hesitation.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Housekeeping needs improving: dust on top of tv stand, dead bug lay on the floor all three days we were there; carpet needed shampooing or replacing--not sure the vaccum was run while we were there. One of the glasses had lip imprint on it. No coffee the last day
