location, cleanliness, restaurant all excellent. ..concierge (the two young people) are uninformed, no knowledge of area and appears they do not find a need to have that job and offer no assistance ..they did not know of wineries, tours or recommend any restaurants. they both need to be either retrained or replaced...you must also check your hotel statements..errors do seem to occur with no explanation but the desk manager is a value to you hotel..she (X) is knowledgeable and very helpful ,don't lose her..we thoroughly enjoyed our stay inspite of having to find our own tours and activities.

We stayed on the 30th floor in a room viewing the falls. With 2 adults and 3 kids any room can feel tight but overall I was very pleased. The showers are worth mentioning - ours was great. I usually am disappointed with the showers in hotels but this one was great. I only had two complaints about the hotel. First, I found it very offensive that I had to pay $* plus tax per day for the right to "self park" in their parking lot. This was not for valet parking, it was strictly self-serve. At the rates I was paying for the upper level rooms I would think they could afford to throw in a parking space (just one). Secondly, the "shallow" end of the pool is 4 feert deep. My kids are 3, 5 & 7. The 7 year old was OK but I really wanted to relax & let them all play in a baby pool or at least a 2 foot shallow end. Being on guard every second you are at a pool is not relaxing. Once again, for a higher end hotel you would think someone would have thought of this. Next time we go to the Falls we will try a different hotel. That said, if for some reason this was the only one with available space I surely would not hesitate to return.

We booked a city-view room for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). At check-in I asked the front desk associate if there happened to be any fallsview rooms available that we could upgrade to. She checked her computer and said that there was only one room left for Saturday night and it'd be an extra $*. I told her we'd take it. We head to our room and as we entered I noticed we had a message on the phone. It was the front desk associate apologizing for giving us wrong information and now there was no available fallsview room all weekend. I wanted to make sure my credit card had not been charged, so I went back down to the front desk where I explained the situation to yet another associate. His supervisor overheard me and told me there was no way I was offered a fallsview room for $* extra...there weren't any available...until a few minutes later when the supervisor told me there was one available for $*. I told her I wanted it for the $* I was promised by the first associate. After I told her the associates name who had first helped me and quoted me the $* price, she reluctantly gave me the "one remaining" fallsview room available that weekend. She the proceded to tell me that the one remaining room would be located directly across the hall from our current city-view room. Coincidence? Somehow I feel as though there were more than one fallsview rooms available that weekend. The hotel is amazingly beautiful, great location. I would stay here again, but stay away from the front desk. City-view rooms not really worth the price. Fallsview definitely are.

I paid $* (with tax) for a superior fallsview room at the Sheraton. Frankly, for the money, I expected a nicer room. It was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The view, however, was as good as advertised! The Sheraton is one of the two closest hotels to the falls (the other one being the Marriott.) We were on the 29th floor, directly adjacent to the horseshoe falls. The falls was probably 1/4 mile away from the hotel, but we felt like we were right on top of it. Photos from our room came out excellent, although unfortunately, there was no balcony and the windows couldn't be opened. Getting down to the falls isn't easy. You can walk north several blocks, past the casino, and then down the hill. Or you can drive and pay $18 to park down there. Or you can pay $2 per person and wait an inordinate amount of time to take a slow ride down on a train called "The Incline". I think they should just install an escalator, charge $1 per person, and be done with it. So that was a drawback of the hotel's location. Parking at the hotel is also $20. The pool was small and kids weren't allowed in the hot tub, which was a drawback for us. We didn't try any of the restaurants, and really didn't have great luck at any of the restaurants we tried in the immediate area. I think the Brazilian Steakhose "Copacabana" may be good, since the wait was 1 hr and 45 minutes! We declined. I'd advise reservations if you plan on trying it. Stay away from My Cousin Vinnie's. The Sheraton's staff was professional. The concierge was very helpful. The elevators were a bit slow, and there are only two for floors 22-32.

When we arrived, we thought our room was very beautiful until we realized the furnace was broken! It was a very chilly night until the repair man serviced the unit. The casino was our entertainment as my husband and I couldn't enjoy our room

Our family stayed here in one night and this hotel has an amazing location. It's located at the foot of Clifton Hill where all the action is. Adjacent to restaurants, entertainment, and the Falls, what more can you ask for?

we stayed here while visiting niagara falls. the hotel room view is beautiful. the room size is good - deluxe or above and our only complaint is the walls are thin so we heard the baby next door crying all night. we will be back

small room, no extras, truly small fridge, bathroom could have been cleaner, overwhelming smell of the chlorine from the pool
